NextMove — Manage the team, develop the player

NextMove is a football coaching platform, born out of a season I spent as a video & performance analyst, watching coaches drown in footage, WhatsApp threads, and scattered notes that never quite became decisions they could act on. It pulls that scatter into one place — a dashboard to run the squad's week, match analysis, and player tracking — while keeping the individual player at the center, because in youth football the whole point is turning boys into senior professionals, not just winning Saturday's match. That balance shows up across the product: a command-center dashboard for the team's day-to-day, and a main New Task action that turns any observation into a shared next step with clear follow-up.
